The Real Estate Photography Checklist for Agents
The checklist I'd want if I were the listing agent — from the booking call through gallery sequencing.

Before the booking call ends
Confirm square footage (it determines the package), whether the home is occupied or vacant, whether there are pets on site, how access works, and whether an aerial is possible given the airspace. Lock the MLS go-live date backward from the shoot, not forward.
Twenty-four hours out
Send the seller the prep list and a reminder text. Confirm the driveway will be clear and that someone will have every light on before arrival. Check the forecast — if exteriors are at risk, decide then whether to substitute a virtual twilight.
Sequencing the gallery
Lead with the strongest exterior or twilight hero. Follow with the main living space, kitchen, dining, primary suite, primary bath, secondary bedrooms, bonus and basement spaces, then backyard and aerials. Close with detail shots.
Buyers read a gallery as a walkthrough. A sequence that jumps from the kitchen to a basement bathroom and back upstairs feels disorienting even when every individual photo is good.
