How much does real estate photography cost in Salt Lake City?
Packages start at $200 for homes up to 2,000 sq ft and $349 for the Signature package, which includes 6 drone stills. Luxury and estate properties start at $599. Virtual twilight is included in Signature and Luxury & Estate, and can be added to Essential for $45 per image. Pricing is based on square footage, not time on site.
How fast will I get my photos?
Delivery is by 9:00am the next business day. Saturday shoots are delivered Monday morning at no extra charge.
What cities do you serve?
Salt Lake City, Sandy, Draper, South Jordan, Herriman, Riverton, Lehi, American Fork, Park City, Bountiful, Murray, and West Jordan. There is no travel fee anywhere in the Salt Lake Valley; Park City shoots are booked as dedicated half-days.
Do you offer drone photography?
Yes. Aerial stills are included in the Signature and Luxury & Estate packages and can be added to Essential starting at $149. Cinematic aerial video is included in Luxury & Estate and can be added to Essential or Signature. For land, construction, or commercial aerial work, request a custom quote on the Drone Services page.
How should the home be prepared before you arrive?
Lights on, blinds open, cars off the driveway, counters and floors clear, toilet lids down, and pet items put away. I handle light styling on arrival — straightening pillows, adjusting shades, moving a chair — at no charge.
How long does a shoot take?
About 45 minutes for a 1,500 sq ft home, 60–90 minutes for 3,000 sq ft, and two hours or more for estates with drone and twilight coverage. You don't need to be present, though most agents are.
Do I own the photos?
You receive an unlimited license to use the images for marketing the listing, your brand, and your social channels for as long as you like. Copyright is retained, and the images are never licensed to another agent for the same property.
What if the weather is bad on shoot day?
Interiors are shot as scheduled — weather has no effect on them. Exteriors and aerials are rescheduled for the next clear window at no charge, or a virtual twilight image can substitute for a gray-sky exterior.
Do you photograph vacant homes?
Yes, frequently. Vacant homes shoot faster and can be virtually staged for $35 per room, which is a fraction of physical staging and usually delivered with the main gallery.
