Privacy Policy

Booking and contact details you give us. When you request a session or send a message, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the property address to be photographed, the service package selected, your requested date and time, and any notes you choose to add.

Account details. If an account is created to manage bookings, we store an email address and a securely hashed password. Only the business owner has an administrative account.

Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and which browser or device is used. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

We do not collect payment card numbers on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We use the information above only to:

• schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel your photography session;
• send booking confirmations, reminders, and gallery delivery links by email;
• respond to questions you send through the contact form;
• prevent double bookings and spam submissions;
• keep business records and improve the website.

We do not use your information for advertising profiles, and we never sell, rent, or trade it.

The business owner may choose to connect their own Google Calendar to this website so that confirmed sessions appear on the owner's calendar and already-busy times are not offered to clients. This connection is made only by the owner, from the site's private admin area, using Google's OAuth consent screen.

When that connection is active, the app:

• reads busy/free time blocks from the owner's calendar for the sole purpose of showing accurate available session times;
• writes a calendar event for each confirmed booking, and updates or removes that event if the session is rescheduled or cancelled.

Calendar access tokens are stored encrypted on our server and are never shown in the browser or shared with anyone. We do not read calendar event contents for any purpose other than scheduling, we do not use Google user data to train or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, and we do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as required to run this scheduling feature or to comply with law. The owner can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the admin settings page, which immediately deletes the stored tokens from our database.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We share only what is necessary with the providers that operate this website and its booking system:

• a cloud database and hosting provider, which stores booking records and website content;
• an email delivery provider, which sends booking confirmations, reminders, and gallery links;
• Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that form submissions are made by a person and not a bot;
• Google Analytics, for aggregated website traffic measurement;
• Google Calendar, only when the owner has connected it, as described above;
• an online gallery service used to deliver finished photographs, when a gallery link is sent to you.

These providers may process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Photographs we create remain our copyrighted work and are licensed to the client for marketing the listed property. We may display selected images in our portfolio, website, or social media unless the client asks us in writing not to. We do not photograph the interior of a property without permission from the client or owner.

Booking records and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to run the business and meet tax and legal record-keeping obligations, typically up to seven years. Google Calendar tokens are kept only while the connection is active. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored with access controls that limit it to the business owner. Administrative pages require a password-protected login. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, and you may ask us to stop emailing you. To make a request, use our contact form. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting a booking record may mean we can no longer honor a scheduled session. You can also block cookies in your browser or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
