Consistent color across every room
Mixed lighting is the single biggest reason listing photos look amateur — orange kitchens, green basements, blue windows. Each frame is corrected room by room so whites stay white and hardwood stays warm, giving the whole gallery a cohesive, magazine-grade feel.
What the shoot day looks like
I arrive 10 minutes early, walk the home with you, turn on every light, straighten shades, and shoot in a set order so nothing is missed. A 3,000 sq ft home usually takes 60–90 minutes. Your edited gallery lands in your inbox by 9am the next business day.

How many photos come with a listing shoot?
Between 25 and 60 finished images depending on square footage — enough to cover every room, key exterior angles, and the details buyers zoom in on, without padding the gallery with near-duplicates.
How long does a shoot take?
A 2,000 sq ft home is usually 45–60 minutes; a 4,000+ sq ft home runs 90 minutes or more. You don't need to be there the whole time, though it helps to have the home photo-ready before I arrive.
When do I get the photos?
Edited galleries are delivered by 9am the next business day, sized for the MLS, print, and social in one download.
