What actually changes the price
Square footage
A 5,000 sq ft estate needs roughly twice the frames of a 1,800 sq ft rambler and more than twice the editing. That is why pricing is tiered by size instead of billed hourly — the number you are quoted is the number you pay.
Aerials
Drone stills start at $149 as an add-on and are included in Signature and Luxury. Cinematic aerial video is $199. On view lots in Draper, Herriman, and along the east bench, aerials usually earn their cost back in showings.
Twilight and floor plans
Virtual twilight is $45 per image and gives you a hero frame without a second trip at dusk. A measured floor plan starts at $99 and is included from Signature up.
Vacant homes
Empty rooms photograph small. Virtual staging is $35 per room and is typically applied to the living room, primary bedroom, and dining space — about $105 on a standard vacant listing.
Location
No travel fee anywhere in the Salt Lake Valley — Salt Lake City, Sandy, Draper, South Jordan, Riverton, Herriman, Murray, West Jordan, and Bountiful are all priced the same. Park City shoots are booked as dedicated half-days.
Turnaround
Next-business-day delivery by 9:00am is standard and included in every price above, so speed is not something you pay extra for.

Condo or townhome under 2,000 sq ft: $200. Twenty-five to thirty photos is plenty of coverage, and most of these listings do not need aerials.
Typical Salt Lake County single-family home, 2,000–4,000 sq ft: $379. This is the package most agents book — drone, a twilight hero, and a measured floor plan in one price.
Estate or luxury listing over 4,000 sq ft: $649, plus $199 if you want cinematic aerial video for the property website and social campaign.
